Job Description
Administrator (Flexible Shifts)
We are currently seeking a flexible and reliable Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organised, comfortable working with computer systems, and able to adapt to shift-based work, including nights and weekends.
Pay Rate
- £12.21 per hour during training period
- £13.25 per hour upon successful completion of training
Working Hours
- Average of 45 hours per week
- Shift-based role including days, nights, and weekends
Essential Requirements
- Experience of working within an industrial or operational environment
- High level of computer literacy
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with SCADA and other automated systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with automated systems, including conveyor belts or similar plant
- Experience working with wood pellets or other bulk cargos
- Basic engineering understanding
Role & Working Conditions
Please note that this role involves:
- Long periods of working with computer systems and screens
- Sustained concentration over extended periods
- Shift work, including nights and weekends
- Spending periods of time within a dusty environment
- Occasional working at height
- Tasks that may be physically demanding at times
- Manual handling and light cleaning duties as required
