The proposed Plaza 1821, named after the year that Princes Dock first opened, is a private rented sector (PRS) scheme that will have 105 one- and two-bed flats, as well as provision for a ground floor retail or amenity offering.
Plaza 1821 is one of three waterside residential schemes that Peel hopes to have under construction before the end of the year on the 拢5.5bn Liverpool Waters regeneration scheme.
