The Greater London Authority has given planning approval to a 775-home development on the former National Air Traffic Services site in West Drayton, Middlesex.
Client Inland Development had submitted the planning application to the London Borough of Hillingdon on 2 November 2009, after a lengthy public consultation process with local residents and businesses.
The development on the 12-hectare brownfield site will also include 1,122 car parking spaces, a lower than average amount of affordable housing, plus opens spaces. Almost two-thirds of the whole site will be taken up with houses and gardens.
