Morrison Facilities Services has won a 拢19.5m construction and maintenance contract from housing association Beechdale in Walsall.

The integrated asset management service including responsive repairs, voids, planned works, cyclical decorating works, gas servicing and breakdowns, grounds maintenance and cleaning.

The Contract will run for five years with the option for extending by a further five years.

Morrison saw off seven other bidders to clinch the deal.
