The 150-person group鈥檚 portfolio of projects includes commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, residential, industrial, airport, mixed-use and tall buildings.
Together with Aecom鈥檚 existing programme, project and construction management teams, the expanded construction services business has worked on high-profile projects in the region, including The Crescent in Baku, Azerbaijan; the Ritz Carlton hotel in Moscow; the Peugeot Citroen and Mitsubishi automotive plant in Kaluga, Russia; and the CiTer Invest tower in Moscow.

Both Aecom and Lend Lease have built their Russia businesses over a long period.
