The Communities & Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) has named 33* contractors for a four-year building works framework, running until August 2029.
The CHIC Multiple Elements of the Built Environment Framework 2025-2029 is valued at 拢970m.
Lot 1 has 16 associated workstreams including installation, replacement, refurbishment, improvement, maintenance and repair relating to internal and external building works. Lot 2 is for responsive repairs & void properties
