Grayson (GB), which supplies building products for masonry facades, is now owned by its workforce of 20 or so staff.
Grayson Trustee Limited took over ownership of Grayson (GB) Holdings Limited on 11th December 2024.
Former owners Paul Riddington and Clare Riddington formally stepped down from the board on 3rd April this year, with co-owner David Flannery stepping down on 8th May.
Flannery remains managing director of ACS Stainless Steel Fixings, where Paul Riddington is also a director.
Grayson turned over 拢14m in the year to April 2024 and made a pre-tax profit of 拢2.8m.
