JV North has prequalified a panel of companies to help its 14 housing association members build in the region of 3,000 homes over the next four years across the northwest of England.
Call offs start next month.
Three construction lots were offered ranging from up to 拢4m in value, 拢4m to 拢12m and above 拢12m.

Saffer Cooper Consultancy, which manages JV North鈥檚 development programme, led the framework with support from consortium member Plus Dane Housing鈥檚 procurement team and law firm Trowers & Hamlins.
