Following a competitive tender process, procurement agency Fusion21 has named 40 firms for its four-year national decarbonisation framework.
The framework, worth up to £1.5bn over four years, is designed to support domestic and non-domestic retrofit measures that help move towards zero carbon, reduce emissions, save money and add social value.
Built on a turnkey mode,l the framework gives public sector organisations access to Trustmark accredited and PAS2030:2023 compliant suppliers, with the ability to deliver multiple measures at scale and volume, Fusion21 says.
The framework is split into two lots:

- Lot 1 – Whole house decarbonisation
- Lot 2 – Decarbonisation of public and educational buildings.
Fusion21 operations director Peter Francis said: “Decarbonisation and achieving the government’s ambitious net zero target by 2050 is no easy task, so we are delighted to support our members via our robust and evolved decarbonisation framework.
“Our refreshed offer provides access to experienced suppliers and consultants, qualified to the latest industry accreditations and ready to help our members on their net zero journeys – delivering warm, safe, and comfortable housing and public buildings, whilst achieving social value they can see.â€
