The Secklow Gate site, on Avebury Boulevard close to the centre of the town, will be developed to deliver 329 PRS units, across four buildings of varying height up to 11 storeys.
The developer is Abbeygate Developments, owned by local businessman Clive Faine. The site, opposite the Xscape building, was previously a garden centre.
