Meetings of creditors and shareholders have been convened for 28 July.聽 It is anticipated that shareholders and creditors will resolve to place the company into creditors' voluntary liquidation.聽 Proposed liquidators are Rebecca Dacre and Peter Windatt of BRI Business Recovery & Insolvency.聽
