Birmingham-based John Watson Services Ltd is now in the hands of Mark Bowen of local practice MB Insolvency. The long-standing company, headed by John Watson, specialised in heating, ventilation and plumbing.
Hampshire-based Specialized Services Ltd is now being run by joint administrators Sandra Mundy and Susan Staunton of James Cowper LLP.
Specialized Services began in the late 1980s and under Gary Hudson became a limited company in 2003. In 2006 it moved to new premises near Basingstoke. The company employs a team of 10 engineers. Services include Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation, heating, electrical work and property maintenance.
