Hochtief has established a new business in the UK called Data Center Partner Limited, headed by Warren Taylor.
Hochtief PPP Solutions has set up Hochtief Data Center Partner to transfer its German business model to the UK and Irish markets, The goal is to build a network of high-performance, sustainable, and regionally integrated data centres across the British Isles.
It is part of a broader strategy to establish a pan-European network of decentralised Edge data centres. In collaboration with Thomas-Krenn AG, Hochtief has already founded a joint venture called Yorizon. Its first data centre is set to open in Heiligenhaus, Germany this summer 2025. Sites for four additional centres have already been secured.
Hochtief is now adapting this model for the UK and Ireland.

Warren Taylor has been appointed managing director of Hochtief Data Center Partner Limited. He previously worked for Rolls-Royce and the Morgan Sindall Group before spending 10 years at property developer Cityheart. He will drive the UK expansion in collaboration with the team at Hochtief Data Center Partner GmbH in Germany.
