The contract involves delivering facilities management (FM) services across 12 European countries. Macro is to work with Citrix 聽to enable new ways for people to work better, through a programme that standardises processes across the company鈥檚 European property portfolio.
The aim is to ensure consistency across every location, with the aim of reducing the total cost and improving the delivery of services.
The integrated FM package will include maintenance, cleaning, pest control and vending. Macro will initially service properties in Italy, Greece, the Netherlands, France and Ireland, with others due to be mobilised later this year.
