Abigail Farrell-Black has joined Bam UK & Ireland as executive director of finance from Thames Water, where she was finance director for operations.
Before working for Thames Water, Farrell-Black has finance roles at other large utility companies, including Southern Water and UK Power Networks.
At Bam she reports to Henri de Pater, Bam UK & Ireland鈥檚 former executive director of finance, who has now taken up the role of chief financial officer at Dutch parent company Royal Bam Group.
Farrell-Black said that鈥檚 she was 鈥渆xcited鈥� to be joining Bam, adding: 鈥淚ts values align closely with my own passion for creating inclusive working environments, where every team member feels empowered to bring their authentic self to work and perform at their best.鈥�
