NHS Commercial Solutions has established a framework agreement for modular & prefabricated building solutions and associated services.
The framework is designed to be accessible by all NHS organisations as well as the wider public sector.
The agreement is divided into three lots 鈥� 聽consultancy services, modular & prefabricated building services and managed services, valued at 拢150m, 拢600m and 拢300m respectively.

NHS Shared Business Services, which is a different organisation to NHS Commercial Solutions,聽also has its own framework agreement for modular buildings [see previous report here], with many suppliers appearing on both lists.聽 Why the need for such duplication of effort and resource is not entirely clear.
