Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), a provider of specialist services to the construction and facilities management sectors, has taken over roofing contractor HD Sharman Group (HDSG).
HDSG, or Sharmans, specialises in commercial roof maintenance and refurbishment systems, with its Plygene gutter linings and Delcote Seamsil metal roof coatings. It was founded in 1970 and based in Chapel-en-le-Frith, Derbyshire. Last year iot made 拢2.4m pre-tax profit on 拢18m turnover.
The acquisition of HDSG represents a strategic expansion of PTSG鈥檚 capabilities in roofing services, building onto its existing NSS business, NSS 鈥� the UK鈥檚 largest provider of commercial roof cleaning, maintenance and reactive repairs.

Outgoing managing director, Mark de Rozarieux, who has led HDSG since 2014, will remain involved in the business and retain a seat on the board of directors to help with the transition and the strategic direction of the business.
