The Construction Pipeline Forecast Tool, developed and managed by the Scottish Futures Trust, has grown its ranks of contributing client organisations to more than 50 public bodies.
The number of construction projects that these public bodies have submitted to the free to access platform now contains 1,192 construction projects to be delivered by 2035, with an aggregate value of more than 拢18bn.聽
The latest pipeline update identifies 拢7.2bn worth of projects to be delivered by 2030, of which 63% are expected to be procured through existing frameworks.
Of the 1,192 projects listed on the platform, half are below 拢2m in value.
The Construction Pipeline Forecast Tool was developed to help the construction supply chain聽 make business plans.

鈥淚n addition, the recent launch of the UK NISTA infrastructure pipeline provides further transparency of UK government funded infrastructure projects in Scotland. This compliments the national picture of our own pipeline tool.鈥�
