John Graham Holdings Limited has posted its financial results for the year ended 31st March 2025, showing a 6% decline in revenue to £1.06bn (2024: £1.12bn).

However, profit before tax was up 71% to £25.2m (2024: £14.8m, while gross profit improved to £73m, and cash reserves grew to £192.5m.

This was attributed to disciplined contract selection, robust commercial management and a focus on long-term value creation.

New contract awards during the year included the £90m D3 deep-water terminal for Belfast Harbour Commissioners and several school building projects for the Department of Education’s school rebuilding programme.

Other notable awards included a £124.5m student accommodation scheme in Glasgow for Unite and a £100m mixed-use development in Leeds for Latimer. The latter was one of the first high rise buildings to achieve Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator.
