All current PSR employees will transfer to the Terex Genie UK team, including the mobile service engineers, workshop-based repair and refurbishment technicians, customer service personnel and management team.
IAPS Group managing director Steve Couling said: “The Genie UK team are retaining the PSR team’s expertise in customer care. This means that existing PSR customers should have complete confidence that they are in safe hands.â€
Terex said it would continue to honour all existing PSR contracts for maintenance, inspection, breakdown repair and engineer cover.
