It has recruited a new business development director from York-based Shepherd Construction to spearhead that growth drive. Christian Bailey will be responsible for building relationships with commercial clients and growing Wates鈥� private sector project portfolio in the north.
Mr Bailey has previously worked for McLaren and Wilmott Dixon in senior business development positions and at regional board level.
