Wates will remodel and refurbish a 1980s office building to create a 5,000 sq m registered care home for client Signature Senior Lifestyle.
Bentley House will have 85 apartments and 18 dementia suites, as well as shared lounges and bath spas on each floor.
The five-storey complex has been designed by PRP Architects.
Completion of the project is scheduled for winter 2014.
