The London Borough of Harrow is inviting tenders for the provision of a Fleet Bodyshop Repair Service in the London Borough of Harrow to work on its municipal fleet of around 352 vehicles including Cars, Minibuses, LCV’s, HGV’s and Plant Equipment.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Council operates a municipal fleet of around 352 vehicles including Cars, Minibuses, LCV’s, HGV’s and Plant Equipment

162 Minibuses, 59 LCVs, 52 Plant Vehicles/Assets, 48 HGVs, 17 Mopeds, 9 Cars and 5 Sweepers

The Council, through this contract, aims to:

• Expedite the speed of repairs to fleet

• Reduce the costs of repairs

• Ensure the provision of a high quality Council vehicle fleet

• Ensure there is no break in service delivery

The Supplier will be required to repair all types of vehicles and plant equipment for the Harrow vehicle fleet.
