Leicester City Council’s Estates and Building Services Division invites Tenders for the refurbishment of escalators at the Haymarket Shopping Centre. The refurbishment goods and services will include:
• Mechanical and electrical upgrades.
• Replacing worn components, updating controls, and ensuring safety compliance.
• Cleaning and reconditioning, deep cleaning, and lubrication of parts to extend the lifespan.
• Testing and commissioning to ensure operational and safety standards.
The proposed Contract will be for six (6) weeks with an option to extend for a period of no more than a further two (2) weeks. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
