This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") relates to the procurement by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council ("the Council") of work programmes ("the Work Programmes") for major adaptations and housing assistance schemes together with all associated works to council owned, privately owned, privately rented and housing associated rented homes ("the Works").The Council is looking for up to three contractors to undertake each of the three separate work streams identified below: -a) Major adaptations and associated works within council owned properties within the borough of Dudley, reference H782 ("Lot 1").b) Disabled Facilities Grant funded major adaptations and associated works, including the option for all design work within privately owned, privately rented and housing associated rented properties within the borough of Dudley, reference H789 ("Lot 2").c) Housing Assistance Grant funded works and associated work within privately owned properties within the borough of Dudley, reference H790 ("Lot 3").
