Somerset Council wishes to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) under which to conduct all procurement activity for the provision of Minor Adaptations. This is a statutory duty that Somerset Council offers to deliver minor adaptations to promote individual well-being and preventing needs for care and support. The Minor Adaptations Service requires contractors to fit and install a range of adaptations both inside and outside the home as identified by Health or Social Care Professionals to meet individual’s needs.
