Warwickshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced operators for admission to their Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of road traffic surveys.
The period of validity of the DPS will be 4 years from commencement.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition surveys provide journey time data as well as origin and destination data. This survey records the number plate of a vehicle as it passes through one sensor and when it is located at another sensor it will provide the time it took to travel between them as well as where it started and finished its journey according to the sensors, no exact locations are provided. ANPR surveys can also provide the emissions of the vehicles travelling the routes. This survey typically runs over a few weekdays.
