The appointed broker will be responsible for sourcing and securing an initial one (1) year fixed supply of electricity or gas for over 200 residential properties managed by Trident Housing Group, and look to advise and secure on the supply beyond the initial year.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Trident Housing Association is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced utility broker for a contract duration of three (3) years. The appointed broker will be responsible for sourcing and securing an initial one (1) year fixed supply of electricity or gas for over 200 residential properties managed by Trident Housing Group, and look to advise and secure on the supply beyond the initial year. The broker will be required to assess the energy needs of the properties, negotiate competitive pricing with energy suppliers, and provide ongoing support throughout the supply period including bill validation. The broker must demonstrate expertise in the utility sector, as well as the ability to navigate and secure the most cost-effective energy supply solutions for the specified properties. Key requirements for the contract: Provision of a one-year fixed electricity or gas supply agreement for 200+ properties. Active management of the energy procurement process, including supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and contract management. Ongoing support for utility-related queries and issues for the duration of the supply contract. Adherence to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in the energy sector.
