Provision of fire safety audit works (RRO) on behalf of Choice ltd. The contractor is required to provide renewal, repair and installation of Fire Stopping as highlighted on the Fire Risk Assessment Action Plan and during survey. Install materials in accordance with manufacturers instructions and recommendations to comply with HTM 05-02 which sets out the Department of Health’s policy on fire safety in the NHS in England. Penetrations in compartmentation should be sealed, labelled and recorded.Photographs taken before and then following works completion identifying unique reference numbers, with the works recorded onto Cloud Based Systems.
