Bidders should hold the required Waste Carrier Licences (or exemptions) in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990, the Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2012, the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989, the Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991, the Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) (Scotland) Regulations 2014, and the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011, or equivalent in relevant jurisdictions.
