This Contract will provide services for the Maintenance of Boilers, Burners, Heating, Ancillary Equipment and Gas Infrastructure at 18 Sites.The SPS has a wide range of equipment which is utilised to provide a suitable living and working environment within SPS properties by providing heating and hot water.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Services include:
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of Equipment and any resulting repairs due to faults discovered during a PPM visit (such repairs will be referred to as remedial repairs);
Reactive maintenance (24hrs per day, 7 days per week) in the event of Equipment or associated component break down;
Remedial works to carry out any works
Test all gas pipework at each Establishment in accordance SPS requirements and in line with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
Replacement of spare parts as requested.
Additional work such as replacement / upgrade of equipment.
Contract term is 3 years with an optional 3 year extension period
