It offers all the benefits of waterless systems – no water, no power, no supervision. No drying out, freezing up or breaking down. No ancillary equipment to hire – bowsers, pumps, generators, lances, bunds etc. No watercourse contamination and absolutely zero emissions. It can’t leave you with more of a mess than you started with.

Amongst “rumble strips” it is unique – it has around 60% less surface area than a typical rumble strip because its transverse bars are only 30mm wide and 200mm apart. This creates more vibration and tyre flex and the mud that is stripped falls into the void below, it has next-to-no surface to fall onto, where it would contaminate following wheels.

It is an effective, economical and environmentally responsible way to deal with the perennial issue of mud tracking out of sites, and it can dramatically reduce the amount of road sweeper hire on your projects.
