UNiBLOCK is a manufacturer of Insulating Concrete Formwork (ICF) developed for the construction industry. It is classed as a Modern Method of Construction (MMC) that can be used in all sectors of the construction industry: residential, commercial, industrial and institutional.

We work in close collaboration with CEMEX ‘low carbon concrete’ and Eurocell to bring to the market the UNiBLOCK ICF system.

The UNiBLOCK product is manufactured from our own UK based production facility in Scunthorpe. Ensuring the process from bead to block to site is under UNiBLOCK management guaranteeing you the customer an end to end seamless and transparent service.

Using ICF, as a part of a modern method of construction, we can contribute towards a lower build cost with faster construction & lower labour expenses. We also offer our Express Wall pre-cut option system ready for installation saving even more time & waste on site.

What is an Insulated Concrete Form?

Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) are formwork blocks for concrete that stays in place as permanent building insulation for energy-efficient, cast-in-place, reinforced concrete walls, floors, and roofs.

It applies to residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
