Building Management Systems (BMS) Package Manager

€70,000 - €90,000 Basic + Flights + Tax Free Allowance + Accommodation

Are you an experienced Building Management Systems (BMS) professional ready to take the lead on a hyperscale data centre project? Clear are partnered with a leading engineering contractor who have over 130 years of experience in the European construction industry.

In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of BMS packages across high-profile and technically complex projects. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams, oversee specialist subcontractors, and ensure successful delivery of intelligent, energy-efficient building systems that meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the BMS package on a hyperscale data centre project.
• Oversee design development, technical review, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and system start-up.
• Ensure BMS systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with in-house mechanical and electrical teams to align system integration and interface requirements.
• Review and approve all BMS-related technical submittals, ensuring compliance with project design and standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in full lifecycle BMS delivery - from design to Level 5 commissioning.
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems and integration.

• Experience in BMS roles and in a leadership or package management positions.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical and HVAC systems, and how they interface with BMS.
• Proven technical expertise in BMS systems and products, with a strong understanding of system architecture, integration, and performance.
