Quantity Surveyor - Permanent - Derbyshire, Midlands Join a respected national contractor delivering vital infrastructure and civils schemes across Derbyshire, Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to take on greater commercial responsibility as part of a supportive, well-established regional team. Key Responsibilities for a Quantity Surveyor: Manage the commercial lifecycle of regional civils and infrastructure projects Prepare interim valuations and final accounts Produce CVRs and manage project cashflows Assess and process subcontractor payments and variations Support procurement, contract administration, and tender reviews Work closely with operational teams to monitor progress and cost performance Handle early warnings, variations, and compensation events under NECWhat We're Looking For in a Quantity Surveyor: Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (HND/HNC considered) Around 3-4 years' experience in a civils, surfacing, or infrastructure setting Confident in NEC contract administration and commercial reporting Comfortable working across multiple projects and liaising with site teams Full UK Driving Licence
