The framework, also known as RM3741, is designed to help central and local government procure project management, design and advisory services for their property and construction projects. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office, supporting the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value in procurement.
The PMFDTS framework agreement will run for an initial two years with an option to extend for a further 1+1 years.聽
The OJEU value of this agreement is between 拢1.612bn and 拢2.875bn for the life of the agreement.
The framework is divided into six lots, according to services offered. The winners in each lot are listed below.
