Graham has won the contract to build five accommodation blocks of up to six storeys for Loughborough students.
The scheme will provide an additional 552 bedspaces to on-campus accommodation, with en-suite and self-catering facilities.
The development also incorporates amenity space, sub-warden accommodation, a new plant block, utilities and associated external works
Situated in the Central Park area of the campus, close to the Edward Herbert Building, the new hall of residence will sit around a landscaped square.
Construction is due to begin in early 2026, with completion scheduled for late summer 2027, ready for the start of the academic year.
Graham Howard, director of estates and facilities management at Loughborough University, said: “We are delighted to be working with Graham on our new accommodation development. We know that being able to live on our campus is hugely important to our students, and the new hall will help us to meet the increasing demand for high-quality living accommodation that is an integral part of the overall student experience we offer.”
