Land Surveyor

Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in land surveying and be proficient in data management, and AutoCAD. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate measurements and assessments of land areas for various construction and development projects.


Responsibilities

- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and features of the land.
- Utilise advanced surveying equipment and technology to gather accurate data.
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage data effectively using AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards during surveying processes.

Your role may include night shifts (8pm - 4:30am)
You may be required to have a DBS check
Your salary will be based on experience and performance.


Candidate Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in land surveying with a strong understanding of surveying principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and the internal team.
- A valid Full UK driving licence.
- The right to work in the UK.

Ideal candidates will also have:

- A relevant qualification in land surveying.
- A valid CSCS card.
- SSSTS
